What I've learned this week

This week has been tough for me. I’m not sleeping well I think because my brain is buzzing with all the things I want to do to bring my business to life. I’ve realised that doing work that doesn’t enthuse and inspire, that is just paying the bills instead of leading me to my dreams, all of this is just energy zapping. I’m demotivated, always wishing that I could be working on my business instead.

I’ve given myself a deadline to leave my part-time job so that I can focus on building my marketing business and have that up and running in the background while I’m building my NT business. I can’t share that deadline here yet, but I know that the next few months it will be crucial for me to hit my financial goals with my marketing business, even if it means burning the midnight oil and getting up at 5am.

I have also learnt that I can’t continue for much longer with my self-designed branding and my freebie website. I’ve heard of people that have done launches just using a landing page and Facebook, and that is what I will be doing for my first launch. My plan is that whatever I earn from the first launch will be ploughed back into the business in the form of branding and making my online presence more professional.

This week has been much more about personal development for me. I am pulling together a little training video for my Facebook page, which I need to finish before Monday.

Here’s to a busy and productive week next week, and to smashing my goals.
