What I've learnt this week April 18th 2019

I didn’t get to write one of these last week, and I actually learnt so much as I went to a proper training workshop!

I learnt that you shouldn’t use blame or excuses, and that you should take action.

I learnt that you can tweak your services to make a difference to your profit, little tweaks can add up.

I learnt that you should follow your sales funnel all the way through and measure conversion at each point.

I learnt that you can never learn enough, there is always more.

I learnt that everyone needs a mentor and finding the right one for you is key (I now have two)

I’ve signed up to a branding course and am looking forward o learning stacks about branding and getting mine sorted, plus getting my website off the ground.

I don’t’ know anything about setting up contracts.

I’ve learnt stacks about sales funnels, email nurture sequences and opt-in Facebook ads.

I’m going to give myself a challenge to earn £2000 in two weeks, starting on Tuesday 23rdApril.

My biggest learning this week is my change in money mindset. I was embarrassed to tell someone that I wanted to earn £2k a month, it was just too low. Five figure months seems much more realistic.
